Rojak Buah

Rojak buah merupakan antara makanan kegemaran saya semasa saya berada di negeri kelahiran saya, Kelantan. Rojak buah ialah pelbagai jenis buah seperti buah jambu batu, buah nanas, buah limau bali, buah betik, buah pauh (mangga) dan sebagainya, diletakkan sekali dan digaul bersama-sama dengan kuah rojak yang enak dan pedas. Untuk menambahkan selera lagi, keropok ikan keping digaul bersama dan dimakan bersama. Rojak buah amat enak dimakan ketika malam. Rasanya yang masam manis ditambah dengan pedas, amatlah sedap sekali...

Rojak buah amat sedap dan rugi kepada sesiapa yang tidak mencubanya...

Projek Khidmat Sosial

Pada 29/4/2012, saya telah mengikuti satu rombongan dibawah projek khidmat sosial anjuran Jaksa Kolej Burhanuddin Helmi (KBH) di Institut Pemulihan dan Perlindungan Kanak-kanak, Cheras. Rombongan ini telah disertai oleh 33 orang peserta untuk melakukan kerja kebajikan di institusi tersebut. Saya juga menjadi sebahagian daripada peserta untuk mengikuti rombongan ini. Lawatan kami ke institusi tersebut mendapat sambutan yang baik daripada pihak institusi dan mereka mengalu-alukan kedatangan kami. Kami pergi ke sana untuk bergotong-royong membersihkan kawasan institusi tersebut dan beramah mesra dengan remaja yang terdapat di sana.

Melalui projek ini, saya telah mendapat banyak pengalaman yang tidak terhingga yang tidak dapat saya dapat daripada buku ilmiah...

Sesuatu projek yang bermanfaat akan saya ikuti lagi projek seperti ini pada masa akan datang......

Forum : "Jerat Noda Remaja"

Forum : "Jerat Noda Remaja" telah dianjurkan oleh Jaksa Kolej Burhanuddin Helmi (KBH). Saya yang merupakan sebahagian daripada sakriteriat Jaksa KBH telah menjadi AJK dalam program yang memegang post Bendahari Projek.  Forum : "Jerat Noda Remaja" telah diadakan pada 27/4/2012 (Jumaat) pukul 9pm, di Masjid Universiti, UKM. Walaupun saya berlainan agama, saya tetap menghadiri forum ini, kerana kupasan tajuk forum ini amat menarik perhatian saya. Forum ini cukup bermakna kepada saya kerana forum ini membincangkan punca berlakunya seseorang remaja terjebak dalam maksiat dan langkah-langkah untuk mengatasinya. Berkerja sebagai satu kumpulan amatlah seronok...

Birthday celebration

On 16.04.2012, we have celebrates one of our classmate birthday. We went out to a restaurant at Seksyen 7, Bandar Baru Bangi to celebrate her birthday.

One of us bought a birthday cake to celebrate our friends birthday.

We had a meal at the restaurant because at that time was noon, and incidentally we are hungry at the time.

After the meal we were eating birthday cake...

Port Dickson

Port Dickson is a very beautiful beach and many tourists have visited there. I also went to Port Dickson together with my friends. Our trip to Port Dickson takes about 1 and a half hour from UKM, Bangi. We visited to Port Dickson is to relieve stress after a time study in UKM and for having fun. We were staying in an apartment for a night.

In the evening, we went to Port Dickson beach to have some fun. We have been playing beach volleyball, riding banana boat, making sand castles and so on.

At night, we had cook steamboat for our dinner. We were eating hastily because hungry and after dinner, we were chatting, watching television,playing games and so on.

The next day we went back to UKM with a happy feeling. Although tired, we were glad to go out together to Port Dickson to have fun.

One of the Kelantan's famous food - KAO JAM

Kao Jam originally is from Thai, but in slowly it is become very famous to kelantanese...

Kelantanese practice a healthy lifestyle in food because we love to eat a raw vegetables with fish and budu (anchovy sauce).

The name kao jam is come from the thai meaning:

kao = rice

jam = mixing all

It look slightly like a Nasi Kerabu, but it is not because it rice is green colour.

This is because the ingredients and the herbs that is mixing together to cook the rice is different, and the ingredients and herbs is from natural, not added artificial ingredients.

If I eat Kao Jam, that is made by my family, I will not fell full because the Kao Jam is very delicious...

Putrajaya

Putrajaya is a federal government administration centre of Malaysia. Putrajaya has all the buildings of ministries and government departments. I visited to Putrajaya with my friends. I have visited several places around Putrajaya like the prime minister administrative building, other administrative buildings, the castle of judiciary, Putrajaya mosque and so on. I went to Putrajaya at night and it scenery is very attractive and beautiful. This is the first time I went to Putrajaya and for my opinion, Putrajaya is an interesting place to be visited and the administrative at Putrajaya is systematics. I took several photos to commemorate...

Cameron Highland Trip

I and my family are getting a trips to Cameron Highlands. We are going to Cameron Highlands about 6.30am by cars and we arrived Cameron Highlands about 12pm because we are stop at a few places before arrived Cameron Highlands. When we arrived there, we finding a hotel around Brinchang to stay and after that we having our lunch at Highland Restaurants. After lunch, we are going to Tanah Rata for a window shopping and we are going to strawberry farm to pick strawberry and we going to bee's farm for a look. At night, we are having a steamboat dinner nearby the hotel that we stay. After dinner, we going for a walk at nearby night market and we buying some souvenirs...
Next day after breakfast, we are going back to Kelantan, and before that we are visited the tea farm and buy some packet of tea... Then we are heading back to Kelantan with happy feeling...

Johan PTU 2012

Kelab Teater Kamsis D (Tekad) telah muncul sebagai johan bagi pertandingan Pekan Teater Universiti (PTU) 2012 dengan teater yang berjudul Kalut. Saya sendiri telah menyertai pertandingan PTU dengan ahli Tekad yang lain dan kami berasa bangga menjadi sebahagian daripada krew produksi kali ini. Kelab Tekad telah memenangi banyak anugerah seperti pelakon lelaki terbaik, pelakon wanita terbaik, pelakon pembantu lelaki terbaik, anugear busana, tatahias dan banyak lagi. Saya berasa bangga menjadi sebahagian daripada daripada krew produksi dan saya telah memegang post setting dan bertanggungjawab untuk menyiapkan pentas bagi pelakon. Walaupun tidak memenangi anugerah bagi pentas, saya dan beberapa crew setting sangat berpuas hati dengan hasil titik peluh kami dan kami berterima kasih kepada krew lain yang membantu kami. Kecemerlangan Kelab Tekad pada kali ini telah menaikkan semangat semua ahli tekad untuk memenangi pertandingan seterusnya...

 Pentas yang membentuk 2 buah rumah merupakan titik peluh anggota setting yang bertungkus lumus menyiapkannya sebelum hari pertandingan...

Ini merupakan krew produksi bagi teater kalut yang telah menjadi johan bagi PTU 2012.

Bangga dengan kegigihan mereka...
